Organically grown ingredients

Bye Hot Flush loose leaf tea includes herbs renowned for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties such as nettle, peppermint and lemon balm. Ashwagandha, the highly-regarded Queen of Ayurvedic herbs, helps to calm the nerves and relieve stress and anxiety. Bye Hot Flush Herbal Tea contains:

• Sage herbal varieties
• Lemon balm
• Nettle
• Vitex
• Ashwagandha
• Clover
• Peppermint

Some herbs, like the aromatic sage leaf, are carefully rubbed during the drying process to stop them from crumbling. It’s a special drying technique that helps hold delicate sage leaves together, although it may cause them to look slightly clumped in the tea blend. Rest assured, this process helps you get the most out of each and every cup.

How to brew loose leaf teas

Add one or two pinches of Bye Hot Flush Herbal Tea to a strainer. Brew in a cup of boiling water for five minutes. Remove the strainer, take a breather and enjoy.
